@Threads_of_Faith - Hi Deborah, Thanks. So far I'm not deciding to blog anywhere else. Seeing if the Lord is wanting to lead me in a new direction. We'll see how I feel after I experience the effects of withdrawal. I've saved your new blog address in my contacts so that I will be able to check in. If enough of my old friends gather in one place I suppose I may end up joining. I've tried it but I'm just not a fan of blogspot, as I've already had a few friends along the way move over there for their own personal reasons. I REALLY don't like wordpress, so there is a better chance of me seeing you since you chose blogspot. Happy trails to you. Lynn

It is very sad to me as well even though I've been migrating to blogspot, I so wanted to see other xangans there too but it didn't seem to fly with most.
I had messaged my blogspot as well as place it on my last post if you are interested in keeping in touch.

@thats_italian - Hi Amelia, So nice to hear from you. I tried going to blogspot after you moved there but just didn't find it the same... maybe now that you've built a community I can just join. It seems that enough Xangans are going there that I might just give it another try. I hope you and the family are well. Many blessings to you, Lynn
@mcbery - Thanks Miriam. I was worried I might not get the chance to get your contact information. Do you know... do we have to do anything to continue on Xanga? Like, do we have to start all over, creating a whole new blog? Do we have to move ourselves to a new platform, or does that happen automatically?
@JstNotherDay - Come on over and see me at The Forest Cathedral. : ) I'll have the coffee on! I know what you mean about blogger not being the same, I do think if enough communicative bloggers go over it will work. The problem doesn't seem with blogger but with bloggers who don't enjoy commenting, and I'm all about commenting! : )
I even did a post a couple of weeks ago expressing my dismay about a lack of commenting...I don't understand people who blog and eat up comments and never comment on anyone else's blog...That drives me crazy! : )
From what I understand here on xanga (today)....if you have premium it will be transferred to the "2" version. I did get premium for a month or two to archive so at least I *think* my content will also be on 2 version as well.
What a mess eh? I'm such a sentimental mess in general with just about anything... So this strikes at my heartstrings something awful.
I ended up going back to blogger once again several months ago because of the lack of communication even here... Made me so sad.
Blogger is picking up now it seems with xangans coming over and also it just takes time...I think the key is communication, communication, communication otherwise we'll be like Clint Eastwood talking to an empty seat! : )
Also. One more thing...Have you heard of Bloglovin? It's a wonderful way to keep up with many bloggers with many blog servers.
