Went for a walk today and got my butt bit.
yes you read that right...
now, most people have heard of getting their butt kicked,
but we have these awful no-see-um bugs down here that
love to attack at dusk...
now, I love wearing skirts, and these little buggers love
to sneak right up under those skirts while you are talking
to your neighbors....
so aggravating
They don't itch or hurt or anything like that, just leave
these red welts wherever they have bitten... got a few
nice ones on my arms...
I am always reminded why it is best not to walk at 5:00 pm.(p.s.- they didn't actually bite my butt... more like thighs... still, not fun when you are trying to talk.
)

Ouch! Sounds like the bugs are out in force! The bugs are just starting to show up around here. So far it is just the lady bugs and a few mosquitoes (due to the rain).
I used to get bitten by mosquitoes right through my clothes.

Those bites hurt so badly! I'm very allergic to them ~
@fwren: Thankfully I seem to have no reaction to them, other than the bright red spots they leave. It's just I start to feel a bit like a baboon when I am trying to talk and constantly trying to chase them away... I get a little 'buggy'.
