Returning to the Psalms:
71 It is good for me that I have been afflicted; that I might learn thy statutes.
104 Through thy precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way.
126 It is time for thee, Lord, to work: for they have made void thy law.
136 Rivers of waters run down mine eyes, because they keep not thy law.
Psalm 119

I do love the Psalms. David (and other psalmists) truly expressed their innermost thoughts and emotions with true honesty as they prayed & worshiped the Lord.
Yes, a lot of truth is ignored in every generation. Someday God will make it all clear and straight again! Hope your week is blessed with good things!
My annual Bible reading has me in Psalms and Acts now--two of the fun Books for me.
I learn more about God when He is beating me up in the hospital than having fun in Hawaii drinking Starbucks coffee while using my Mini-I-Pad.
Love you verse selection.
Have a great weekend.

I always have trouble getting through Acts. I have tried a few times, and read only parts. I get lost when there are too many details to remember. I guess the Lord just doesn't have me ready for Acts yet.
Have a blessed day.
the passages are just right.
The Psalms bring such wisdom and comfort!
I've always related to David and his struggles. I'm so glad he wrote down all of his innermost thoughts and all the things he learned in his life.
HUGS!!! Happy Monday!!!
