@HUMOR_ME_NOW - They have a summer kids camp at the aquarium and the kids got to come out to see the release. My daughter used to teach the kids camp when she first started, so she had the best of both worlds that day. I guess you didn't watch the video?

Okay: I watched the video. They said all turtles are endangered. That's not true unless you're talking about sea turtles - I suppose. We have an overabundance of snapping turtles and also plenty of those red-eared(?) turtles, too. That sure was cute watching those babies head out for the water.
@rnjennison - Hi Rollie, Yes, they wee talking only about sea turtles. My daughter is always telling me that there are an abundance of 'sliders' as well... shaking her head emphatically and saying 'Oh, no, there are plenty of turtles'. It is so fun. I never knew there were so many different kinds of turtles.
