counting in French
How very odd...
I found myself counting in French tonight as I counted eggs
to make my egg custard.
I had to stop and think... 'what language was I thinking in'
... my go to is usually German(Deutsche) or Espanol
(that is, Spanish)...
I often mix those up with one another.

French makes sense -- it's a Romance language, as are English and Spanish. German is a little harder to get to -- it's not a Romance language, and doesn't have common roots with the others! Interesting!
Sometimes I count in Spanish at McDonalds.
In French there is more and better !!!!
