Birds are singing, "Awake",
it's a new day.
It's good Friday, the day of the Savior's suffering,
the day of His passion, the day for our salvation.

Love to hear the spring birds sing and to hear the story again of Jesus and His love!

Birds are singing here too. It is spring. Time of rebirth and fresh starts.
I know there is a glorious end to the Biblical tale of Jesus on the cross, but for those believers in attendance, can you imagine the grave sadness (no pun intended) of watching Jesus suffer as he carried through it. I weep for Him, despite knowing He was full aware of what he was doing, and how He allowed the experience for our benefit. Thank you Jesus.
