Probably, Lynn, because the offers are higher than the demand in the worldwide trade

Saudia Arabia is trying to stop oil production and exploration here.
I wonder that, too.
It's kinda' freaky how cheap the gas is. Makes you wonder what is to come next.
Happy Tea Drinking!

Hi Carolyn, That's how it strikes me... it makes me nervous... only because it is such a huge, and sudden, drop, after a couple of years of continual upward creep... and no real explanation...
seems it never should have gone so high to begin with if it can drop so low now.
It just doesn't feel right. I don't trust it. I'm glad it's not just me that feels it.
There's a lot of politics, both national and international, in the pricing of gasoline. An even more vexing question is why, in California, where there is a lot of oil production, we pay $1.00 to $1.50 more than elsewhere in the country! And ours is about to go up another $1.00 to $1.50 in a pass-through tax to fund the "Bullet Train to Nowhere."
Because the Middle East oil barons are trying to stop US production of oil by making it so cheap they go broke. Just a theory I heard. They like to tax it too because we all need it.
