So today I finally had my Pillsbury orange rolls... yum...
and I am back to drinking tea, and trying my best to forego coffee... such a temptation it is...
such an addiction... and doing what I do this time of year... my after Christmas shopping(online)...
the time when you get the best deals.
First I had to deal with a little problem with my internet provider today...
ha... little problem that took an hour on the phone to resolve
after 3 or 4 transfers to talk with different people... I hate that.
'let me transfer you to accounts'... 'let me transfer you to customer service'...
'I'll need to transfer you to a supervisor'... 'Ok, I'll transfer you to payments now'
... ugh!

I am not keen on talking on the phone, especially to businesses. I know what you mean about
being transfered repeatedly; Ugh. I'm glad you got things fixed though.
This always is when we need them the most that those modern means of communication are
failing ! I hope all is OK now . Fortunately you made online your Christmas shopping before .
