~ this is my quest no matter how hard no matter how lonesome no matter how far to follow that star ~
To dream the impossible dream
To fight the unbeatable foe
To bear with unbearable sorrow
To run where the brave dare not goTo right the unrightable wrong
To love pure and chaste from afar
To try when your arms are too weary
To reach the unreachable starThis is my quest
To follow that star
No matter how hopeless
No matter how farTo fight for the right
Without question or pause
To be willing to march into Hell
For a heavenly causeAnd I know if I'll only be true
To this glorious quest
That my heart will lie peaceful and calm
When I'm laid to my restAnd the world will be better for this
That one man, scorned and covered with scars
Still strove with his last ounce of courage
To reach the unreachable star- Man of La Mancha

Love that story and song!
(((HUGS)))
I love that song too! May all your dreams except for nightmares, come true!
I remember singing that song many years ago when I was in an inter-school choir. It's a good one. Despite it being about Don Quixote who was a bit insane, and thought that windmills were giant beasts, the words do fit the Biblical idea of following a star to Jesus, as the wise men of Jerusalum did.
Beautiful post, Lynn
