• My Mind jogged into over activity this morning

  on fracking and drilling and all the other things we do....
  What are we doing to this world?
  Why can't people see that we are in the wrong direction?
  We have air we can't breathe,
  water we can't drink,
  and earth that poisons the food that we eat... kills the bees that help us to get our food...
  kills the fish in our waters... makes the cattle on our land unworthy to eat, contaminated
  with hormones and other chemicals.

  Yet we insist on our vehicles that pollute the air...
  we insist on our 24 hour around the clock life, rather than giving the earth a break and shutting
  down the electrical power plants that pollute the environment in so many ways, including light pollution...
  How different would the world be if after the sun went down people were actually able to look up and
  see the stars in the night sky?  How much closer to God would they feel?  How much more would they
  acknowledge God?
  Satan has done a good job of separating us from knowing God, by separating us from the wonders given us by God,
  and putting our minds on all these things which are destroying us... all the while being blind
  to how they have destroyed us.
  Our reliance on all our conveniences, while beneficial to start, have in the long run ruined our health.
  We no longer walk and use our bodies.  Instead of working the earth with our hands and keeping our bodies
  mobile and strong, we sit at machines, working, playing, and being idle in front of television sets and screens.
  Instead of talking to one another, and helping one another, we stare at screens that now fit in our hands,
  more disconnected from the glory and purpose of God's creation than ever.

  We insist on destroying this planet.
  We are the ones causing the earth to shake, with our insistence on having things our way, and looking away
  from the way that the Creator has given us.  The One who created is the One who knows what is best, and we
  insist on messing with what is best until in the end it is destroyed.
   

  on the Guantanimo incidents....
  We need to make converts... converted hearts
  not confirm their reasons to hate us
  Where are the psychologists?
  We need to defeat evil by converting hearts
  fighting evil with evil wins nothing,
  it only serves satan.
  Who is winning in this battle with the mid-east?
  Are hearts being won for God?
  Or are hearts being turned to satan?
   

  but in happier thoughts:
  What a beautiful day we are having here...
  what a beautiful sky.
