what is it all worth....(just some silly thoughts that went through my head early in my day.

__________________________________________________Well I got as far as setting up the little tree and the nativity.
The nativity always comes out... and waits for baby Jesus to be added to the manger on Christmas eve.
Maybe tomorrow I'll get to the front porch ???Today was physical therapy day. It really cuts in to my time for doing other things.

I think I'm done ~ except for the dining table, of course, but I have definitely cut down on the decorating this year ~
Was on a trip and now I have to get busy!
December is a crowded month. Maybe so we don't have time to think about the cold so much. 
No more cats, huh? Oh well, I tried.

I never thought of waiting until Christmas Eve to add the Baby Jesus...a new tradition, I like that and your poem, not silly at all. My granddaughter is going to be Baby Jesus in the Childrens program Sunday Night...I just hope she's like the Baby Jesus in Away in a Manger - no crying she makes!
Each year a different child would have the privilege of adding baby Jesus to the manger.
Now they are all grown and gone, I get the honor.
How special for you and your grandchild, and yes, I hope all goes well.
