Ok, so I've just learned that Sunday night we will be going down to 33 degrees...
tonight is going to be 39...
I am now going to put the electric blanket on my bed, so I can be toasty warm.
tonight for the first time I turned on my heater. It's a monster of a heater, old fashioned, big, cast iron. It's currently 44 outside, but though it was cold enough to turn on in the evening my monster without a thermostat has heated the house so much that I had to peel off layers and am now too hot, so I've turned it off again. Unfortunately now I am awake and it's only 1:20am.
This morning it is cold. It's 22. I hope all the hoses are off of the outside faucets! Seems like we wait until last minute to do that! Hope your week is warm and sunny. We can wish, can't we?
Hi Miriam, I do think we put off to the very last minute, hoping for that one more day till winter catches up. I know that I do.
We had 21º this morning when we awoke ~ a mite chilly out there!
