  • I have a weakness....

    Books... books

    (haha - bet you were hoping for something more juicy (Frank ;-) ) )
    I'm always wanting to buy books.  If the library had what I wanted, and I could get to the library,
    I would spend much time there.  :-)

    Saw a question on the front of a magazine that came in the mail today...
    Has God Lost Control?
    and my immediate thought response...
    No, God is in control.
    (I just hope He spares me the worser parts of His plan)

    I don't care if worser isn't a word, I used it anyway.  so there

  • Yes, I'm with you in that last part. I hope God spares His people. He is always with us and gives us strength for the way. That's my prayer too. It's comforting to knew He is in control no matter what it seems like.

  • I like books and tea. I'm going to save that pic for a future time.
    libraries and bookstores, new and used are often visited by my family.

  • RYC : about time machine :a machine to travel through time like a clock whose hands move backwards! :) :-) We can imagine but I am not sure at all it would be the best thing.

  • I'm with you....The books.....If I can't find it at the Library, then I look to buy it....

    I so do enjoy visiting the Library though....

    Not to worry....As you say, God is in control, no doubt about it....And, I know, He'll spare you, as He will me, in the worser part of His plans......

  • I think you think you know what my weakness is. lol

    I like juicy tomatoes with salt on my sandwiches.

    I never did read much. I only read the Bible through annually now, but not every single word-90% of it I guess. That does not make me spiritual--it is just what I read.

    My wife reads me the riot act sometimes.

    I sneaked to the library in Idaho so I could use the computer and saw a gal looking a porno.

    Hope you are doing well.

    My wife is getting her nails done--they aren't sharp enough to dig into my back.
