What right do people, who wear their pants halfway to their ankles, have to be offended
when they don't get respect? I say the onus is on them.So tired of people yelling race, and prejudice, when they make no efforts to change perceptions.

i agree! they obviously are not dressing for comfort, but for a reaction. and the one they get from me is fear. doesn't matter if you are black or white, saggy pants and a hoodie scare me and i will avoid you.
