Love the song, 'This magic Moment.' RYC - the bird was so compacted with feed it didn't even smell bad. I know it had been in the feed for awhile because we had the feed in bags and dump them as we need them. Yes, we might as well be outrageous, everyone else is.
Oh, btw the hen? No we didn't even know she was missing her leg for awhile because she lived in the barn and was pretty wild. We managed to catch her and now she's safe and tamer.
