elected to run this country... it makes me crazy the things I continue to learn...

they elected him because he is black and they thought it was time. problem is he is white too. duh.
I agree with you Karen that he was elected in large part because 'it was time'... but I think in large part he got elected due to Oprah's campaign for him, and her singing his praises. people looked no further. There is so much ugliness about this man that was somehow buried, and/or ignored when he ran for office. It is shameful that Oprah used her huge influence without looking any deeper into the man and what he represents. I used to love Oprah but I have watched her drift further and further from the God I once felt that she knew.
