I completed my Lenten commitment and finished reading the Psalms.
I feel accomplished.
Now to decide what next... maybe Acts of the Apostle's.Today's devotion and reading;
Do all things without complaining....
in everything give thanks.... (Philippians 2:4, Thessalonians 5:18)I'm good about the giving thanks part...
the complaining... maybe not so much....
I do wish for more blessing

Congratulations on reading all that you had hoped to without quitting.
I am like you about giving thanks in all things, but admit to sometimes still complaining (I think we all do as humans).
There are certain verses they might as well have left out of the Bible.lol
Love your enemies.
Don't complain.
Wives submit to your husbands.
Don't go to bed angry.
Complaining is kind of like breathing for some people. I work with several and it is a struggle not to be sucked into their negativity.
This is encouraging to me! Thank you for sharing it! I will always be working on the "in everything, give thanks" part.
